Nexstar in Tree

Ben and Bill give us all a lesson in how to get a plane down from the top of a pine tree!

First you have to assess the situation.

Bill thinks- "maybe if we take the rope that Ben has tied to the tree...

... and make sure it is good and tangled up in the high branches, then pull on the end really hard...

... no even better, what if we take the end of the rope and tie it to the hitch on my pickup truck and pull the tree over with the truck, and then cut the rope..."

----Ben we really needed a picture of this part----

Hey, its a Nexstar catapult!!!

(And Ben asks why it looks like we are having fun...)

Of course now the next trick is getting the rope out of the tree...

...and the damage assessment is in... the verdict- repairable!

So Ben, what was your plane doing up in that tree anyway?  (Maybe you should wait for Monty next time!)

Thanks guys for being such good sports!
